The Serbian Innovation Fund, founded by the World Bank and the EU in 2011”, marked the end of four-year project support for innovation in these areas. COPRIX Media, as a successful member of the “Start-up” community, presented its Apps at the exhibition part of the event accompanied by other innovators. Its co-founder, Vladimir Koprić, participated in a panel discussion together with the Head of the EU Delegation – Michael Davenport, senior director of Cisco Systems – Vladeta Marjanovic, director of stem cell laboratories – Gordana Vunjak-Novakovic, and others. During his speech, Vladimir noted that the Serbian “Start-up” community almost didn’t exist during the pre-Innovation Fund Era and that the synergies of their parallel and interdependent development have what actually shaped the mutual success they enjoyed to this day. We hope that the opening words of the Minister of Education are true, “I do not want to mark the closure of the project support for innovation, but a brand new beginning!”
